Yes, sometimes I find myself stuck, unable to sort out which path I want to take next. I want to know the end result before I start…that I will learn (insert), that I will get stronger, smarter etc. And while I’m thinking about all of this, my life passes me by because I’m still not doing anything. It can be intimidating to start a class. How will I know what to do? What if I can’t do everything? It can be scary because you don’t know what to expect or who else is in the class.

I’m going to walk you through each step and meet you where you are in a class setting. You won’t learn everything the first class but the important thing is that you have STARTED. Each class you will learn more about how to move your body, you will get stronger, more flexible and pain will subside.

A combo of gentle Pilates, Yoga, Roller, Stretching and Postural work.

The last 15 minutes are dedicated to more focused breathing and meditation, ending with a gentle head massage (can opt out).

You are encouraged to work at your own pace and this class is extremely beneficial for anyone who has back, knee, hip, shoulder, etc. problems or for those that never want those problems

Class participants say that……..Gentle Yoga – Core with Meditation is an excellent “stretching, Yoga, Pilates combined” class. After every session my entire body is relaxed because it has been stretched and my core has been engaged. I love that Tanya focusses on posture, our hands and feet. 8:15am-9:15am – Muscle Mania

No cardio but the heart gets pumping with all sorts of weight exercises. Ideal for anyone who wants to tone their muscles and have fun! A fun calorie burning weight lifting class that targets every single muscle to its fullest potential with special attention to postural alignment!  Excellent for any age and fitness level.

Bands, tubing, light and heavy weights, and balls are all used to mimic functional daily movements! Abs and stretching included.

The more muscle you have (instead of fat), the more calories you will burn all day. Remember, muscle tissue burns about 15 times as many calories as fat, even when you’re not exercising! Also, as we age, our muscles disappear so to keep your metabolic boost and your independence don’t miss out on this class!

$15/class, $140 for 12 weeks

Class participants say that……..The classes are never the same and when the class is over you know that you have exercised every muscle in your body.  Tanya is very enthusiastic, energetic and motivational and makes classes fun!  She remains focused on the exercise, constantly instructing us on the muscles that we are using and correcting any form that is done incorrectly.  Any age is great but most of in the class are in our 50’s, 60’ and 70’s.

9:30am-10:30am –Realign Restore Meditate

 If you experience any pain with walking (or anything for that matter) or never want to experience pain then taking part in the Realign Restore Meditate Class is for you.

When you have stuck stress (unbeknownst to you) in your legs it causes a break down in the hydration levels of your tissues and as a result you may experience joint compression, uncoordinated movement, stiffness, poor balance, muscle tension and more. Issues with your legs can also result in pain in your hips, back and neck.

Does this program address a certain dietary style or theory?

This program does not address any one dietary theory but it does address having YOU tune in to how foods makes you feel, which empowers you to gravitate toward what works best for your unique needs and body. This means it’s not “a diet” but “your diet” which will give you long lasting results

Is this a weight-loss centered program?

A combo of gentle Pilates, Yoga, Roller, Stretching and Postural work.

The last 15 minutes are dedicated to more focused breathing and meditation, ending with a gentle head massage (can opt out).

You are encouraged to work at your own pace and this class is extremely beneficial for anyone who has back, knee, hip, shoulder, etc. problems or for those that never want those problems

8:15am-9:15am – Muscle Mania

No cardio but the heart gets pumping with all sorts of weight exercises. Ideal for anyone who wants to tone their muscles and have fun! A fun calorie burning weight lifting class that targets every single muscle to its fullest potential with special attention to postural alignment!  Excellent for any age and fitness level.

Bands, tubing, light and heavy weights, and balls are all used to mimic functional daily movements! Abs and stretching included.

The more muscle you have (instead of fat), the more calories you will burn all day. Remember, muscle tissue burns about 15 times as many calories as fat, even when you’re not exercising! Also, as we age, our muscles disappear so to keep your metabolic boost and your independence don’t miss out on this class!

 If you experience any pain with walking (or anything for that matter) or never want to experience pain then taking part in the Realign Restore Meditate Class is for you.

When you have stuck stress (unbeknownst to you) in your legs it causes a break down in the hydration levels of your tissues and as a result you may experience joint compression, uncoordinated movement, stiffness, poor balance, muscle tension and more. Issues with your legs can also result in pain in your hips, back and neck.
