It takes 30 days to build a habit. That’s it. Just thirty days. It takes 90 days to break a habit, so we’re giving you the easy option. Train yourself to make “living healthy” a habit in your life. Make time for “living Healthy” and kicking BUTT! One of the biggest struggles for the 30-day challenger is time management. One of our students calls it the 30-day family challenge, as it takes coordination of the whole family for her to participate. Everyone has to pull their weight to get Mum to class and embrace living healthy..

There will always be a reason you can’t make time for you. Always. Even when the kids go off to college. Even when you get that new job with more vacation time. Even when you finally retire. The 30-day challenge helps you force yourself to make time for you and for your health NOW. Before it’s too late.

Humans thrive on challenges. There are few times in your life that feel better than taking on a seemingly-insurmountable challenge and over-coming it. 9:00am-10:00am–Gentle Yoga – Core with Meditation

A combo of gentle Pilates, Yoga, Roller, Stretching and Postural work.

The last 15 minutes are dedicated to more focused breathing and meditation, ending with a gentle head massage (can opt out).

You are encouraged to work at your own pace and this class is extremely beneficial for anyone who has back, knee, hip, shoulder, etc. problems or for those that never want those problems

$15/class or $165 for 12 weeks

Class participants say that……..Gentle Yoga – Core with Meditation is an excellent “stretching, Yoga, Pilates combined” class. After every session my entire body is relaxed because it has been stretched and my core has been engaged. I love that Tanya focusses on posture, our hands and feet. I LOVE the relaxation at the end of the class!!! Excellent for your body as well as your mind. Thank You for being such an enthusiastic dedicated instructor.

 Thursday

8:15am-9:15am – Muscle Mania

No cardio but the heart gets pumping with all sorts of weight exercises. Ideal for anyone who wants to tone their muscles and have fun! A fun calorie burning weight lifting class that targets every single muscle to its fullest potential with special attention to postural alignment!  Excellent for any age and fitness level.

Bands, tubing, light and heavy weights, and balls are all used to mimic functional daily movements! Abs and stretching included.

The more muscle you have (instead of fat), the more calories you will burn all day. Remember, muscle tissue burns about 15 times as many calories as fat, even when you’re not exercising! Also, as we age, our muscles disappear so to keep your metabolic boost and your independence don’t miss out on this class!

$15/class, $140 for 12 weeks

Class participants say that……..The classes are never the same and when the class is over you know that you have exercised every muscle in your body.  Tanya is very enthusiastic, energetic and motivational and makes classes fun!  She remains focused on the exercise, constantly instructing us on the muscles that we are using and correcting any form that is done incorrectly.  Any age is great but most of in the class are in our 50’s, 60’ and 70’s.

9:30am-10:30am –Realign Restore Meditate

 If you experience any pain with walking (or anything for that matter) or never want to experience pain then taking part in the Realign Restore Meditate Class is for you.

When you have stuck stress (unbeknownst to you) in your legs it causes a break down in the hydration levels of your tissues and as a result you may experience joint compression, uncoordinated movement, stiffness, poor balance, muscle tension and more. Issues with your legs can also result in pain in your hips, back and neck.

Our body is a whole unit and sometimes we can get too focused on the end site of pain rather than looking at the whole kinetic chain to restore proper function.

6:30-7:15pm –Abs Mania

Engage in real life functional movement patterns such as twisting, bending, pushing, & pulling executed in a FUN and creative way using balls, tea towels, weights and YOU. Core training, balance and flexibility are all included to create a total well rounded program. Your CORE is craving some Commotion!!

7:15pm-8pm –Gentle Yoga with Meditation

A combo of gentle Pilates, Yoga, Roller, Stretching and Postural work.

The last 15 minutes are dedicated to more focused breathing and meditation, ending with a gentle head massage (can opt out).

You may think walking is easy until you can’t do it. You may experience pain in your feet, knees and or hips. And although even without pain walking may seem simple, it’s a very complex movement as it involves balancing on one foot without your conscious awareness.

When you have stuck stress (unbeknownst to you) in your legs it causes a break down in the hydration levels of your tissues and as a result you may experience joint compression, uncoordinated movement, stiffness, poor balance, muscle tension and more.
