Water is your friend!! Drink up and stay hydrated to support getting those toxins out. Dehydration traps toxins in the body and closes down elimination channels. Add lemon for a boost to cleansing your liver.

Eat warm, predigested foods such as soups & broths. Heating food can make it easier to digest and support your body over the next couple of weeks.

 

Add raw garlic cloves or a garlic supplement. If your candida is out of control have 600-900mg spread throughout your day (6-9 capsules). Adjust your dose according to your symptoms.
