She takes her knowledge from Pilates, Yoga, Boot Camp Classes, Posture Classes, Personal Training, Meditation, Senior’s Fitness and so much more and delivers state of the art classes.
One simple move, such as opening our chests and strengthening our backs, that is incorporated into all of her classes, allows us the opportunity to keep our spines supple, our hearts open and our core strong. It may just seem like a “move” but the benefits are countless and when done correctly can energize and detoxify our bodies leaving us feeling cleansed and revitalized.
