Become a Fat Loss Furnace

Well, let’s turn up the heat and maximize the efficiency of your workout and start melting your fat away.

Repeated intense exercise (think short bursts of exercise such as skipping, jumping, sprinting, lifting heavy weights, etc.) increase the size of a cell’s mitochondria, which is its fat-burning furnace. By adding these exercises into your workout routine you can increase the size of your mitochondria (powerhouses of your cells) by a whopping 35% which means you are making a larger furnace to burn more fat. Check out this workout…

Sample workout:

Warm up for at least 5-10 minutes

Tippy toe raises

Arm Circles

Walking on the spot

Small range squats

 

30 seconds hard/30 seconds rest for 10 minutes

SkippingSkip for 30 seconds then rest 30 seconds

Sprint (or hard knees up on the spot) for 30 seconds then rest 30 seconds

burpee 5Burpees for 30 seconds then rest 30 seconds

Flying lunges for 30 seconds then rest 30 seconds

Running man for 30 seconds then rest 30 seconds

Push ups for 30 seconds then rest 30 seconds

Repeat until the 10 minutes has flown by….
