Cinnamon Ginger Nectar
I know this time of year gets super busy so you may feel like you need to multi-task!! It can be difficult to fit a work out in and eat healthily but your efforts will be rewarded!! This is a refreshing drink to sip during the holidays. Put in into a lovely wine glass if you wish and rim the glass with some cinnamon and make it oh-la-la fancy.
Yield: 4 cups
4 cups spinach
1 head romaine lettuce
1 English cucumber
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 small knob of fresh ginger, about 1 inch section
5 drops liquid stevia
1 celery stalk, about 10 sticks with leaves
Juice all ingredients except cinnamon and stevia. Add those as desired.
