Your spring vacation will be here before you know it and I know you want to feel toned and strong for your bathing suits, shorts and tanks!!! Or maybe you are going skiing and you want to be able to ski all day without fatigue or injury. Not only that, but you want the energy and stamina to enjoy your holiday!

Jump start yourself and come to these classes and events below. Your body, mind and spirit will thank you.

By not moving , we’ve given our body the signal that it is no longer necessary. ….so our body begins to literally prepare for death. Ouch!!!

If that doesn’t spark something, we’ll I’m not sure what will….it’s bigger than weight loss. Don’t know where to start?
5 out of 9 classes offered at Move Your Body Studio are gentle, easy and will get you moving pain free. They require minimal movement. Ease into it. Roller and ball work to release pain and slowly get you moving. When you’re ready. .let me know. It’s your journey. I’ve highlighted the super simple classes in PINK.
