Be Prepared…whether for just one meal or the whole day. Know your limits and push when you are ready. I’d rather you introduce and stick to having one meal replaced by healthy liquids instead of one day, never to repeat. Slow and steady wins the detox race!

What’s the easiest part of the liquid day? The hardest part?
Are doing the whole day or a meal (which meal)?
I find the easiest part is drinking these delicious concoctions. The hardest part is around 3-5pm when I feel the need to chew or I’m watching people eat (which, I mean really, I am eating really super nutritious food but it’s that cultural conditioning of having a plate, knife and fork). I also realize how much I sedate myself with munching or use it for a pick me up (Try the 3pm Pick Me Up Smoothie).
Keep up the FANTASTIC daily habits that you are creating – drinking water, detox lemonade, probiotics, enzymes, fruit or juices/smoothies for breakfast….YAHOO ….
I would recommend getting a high quality blender such as a Vitamix as it is an important part of detoxing and healthy living. A plain blender is fine but it may not produce the same results…more on this later.
