how to develop patienceWe can always use reminders in our day to keep us grounded!  I often will take photos of quotes or photos to inspire me and keep me on track. I printed this out and  taped it on the wall in my kitchen! AHHHHH……

Remember to have patience with yourself in this journey of life. We often want too much too quickly in this INSTANT world and it’s causing a lot of stress related health problems. We can’t see STRESS and most of us have built up a resistance to it and don’t even know what it would be like without it. So, instead of flying off the handle or eating your stress, slow down just a little to start and take a deep breath…………..ahhhh!
