Raw Cookie Dough Bites
When you are shifting away from sugar these are a great addition to your diet. I used to eat cookie dough by the handfuls (butter, sugar, flour), but now these tasty wholefoods, raw treats do the trick!
- ½ cup raw organic almond butter (or any combo of a nut butter..except peanut)
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- ½ cup shredded coconut, organic
- 5-8 pitted medjool dates (depends on your desired level of sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla powder or liquid vanilla
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. ground chia or flax seeds for added fibre boost
- Place everything in your food processor and blend until well combined.
- Scoop into desired size. Place in the fridge or freezer to set for about 30 minutes.
Shifting to raw dark chocolate and my homemade raw treats has been a life saver for me.
