  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 pear peeled and cored
  • 1 apple peeled and cored
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1/2″ piece ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups water or coconut water
