Makes 1-2 servings

- 1 whole pitted & peeled mango
- 1-2 cups lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber peeled
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup parsley and cilantro
- Half of a lime, peeled
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Add 1-2 pitted dates if more sweetness needed
