I’m not only talking about just digestive symptoms but any random aches, pains, discomforts, etc.?

 

One of the trickiest things to figure out is whether a random symptom could be due to a food intolerance. That’s because symptoms can be delayed, or ongoing, and not even resemble a gastrointestinal symptom at all.

As I’ve said before I call myself a “flexitarian” because it suits my personality. If I say I’m not going to eat “something”, then I tend to gravitate towards it, this way if I keep everything available to me it doesn’t have the same emotional pull – if you know what I mean. You may not have this personality type – we are all different.

I know that I have never enjoyed drinking a glass of milk (ask my mum), but somehow chocolate milk was fine. I only ever put a bit of milk on my cereal but I haven’t had a bowl of cereal in about 7 years. Continue reading »
