20160524_081532_resizedIt took two years for my wife and I to make the call that would change our lives. We kept asking Cheryl (a regular at Move Your Body Studio and Tanya’s Busy Mama Programs) for Tanya’s number. I, Doug, was scared to call but one day after eating yet another super-sized bag of chips in my truck after a long day’s work, I looked at Tanya’s number and worked up enough courage and I gave her a call. I was tired of feeling tired and my pants and shirts were getting so TIGHT.  Cheryl had said, “If you want change, Tanya’s your gal”. And was she right! This was the BEST call I’ve ever made!

20160408_080053From that day on my wife, Sue, and I lives have changed for the better. I cannot believe how incredible we feel. I can’t believe the body fat, inches & weight we’ve lost the inches and the confidence we’ve gained. It’s been unbelievable. When I used to run around at auctions I used to wear this shirt you see in the picture and it used to be so tight that I would warn the audience that a button might pop off. It is so hard to believe that I ever even wore this shirt because it is hanging off me know.

These pants you see here I used to wear beneath my gut so they don’t even represent the amount of inches I have lost from my waist. The transformation that has occurred in my life is more than I could have ever imagined.

I wasn’t eating those chips because I was hungry. I was eating them out of habit. I was eating them for comfort. I was using them as a REWARD for a hard day at work. For a moment of peace before I went home. Those treats are not considered treats anymore. They don’t enter my day, they don’t enter my thought.

I have endless energy. I have more energy than I’ve ever had in my life. Enough about me…here’s Sue’s Story….

Sue and I learned how to balance our meals.

Sue thought that to lose weight she had to starve herself which as Tanya taught us, actually teaches your body to hold on to fat. We know eat balanced meals that feed our cells and we take proper supplements as directed by Tanya.

Sue eats more food than she has ever eaten and the fat is melting off of her. She also has more energy and self-confidence. She feels awful that she was dupped by the media into what she thought was healthy eating and how to lose weight. But, now we know better.

Sue also didn’t have any energy to exercise, she felt if she didn’t eat that much she didn’t need to exercise. And she couldn’t quite understand why she was overweight and over fat when she ate so little. Now that she is eating a properly balanced meal and has added a regular exercise routine into her lifestyle she feels amazing. She has lost weight and inches & gained self-confidence and can’t even believe what she was like in her former life.

Thank you Doug and Sue for your wonderful story. I have enjoyed every bit of our adventure together!!

Doug and Sue are real people just like everybody else. We all have our challenges. We all have unconscious unhealthy habits that we just do because we do them.

When you are ready and you stand back and you are willing to open your eyes to what you’re putting in your mouth and how you’re moving your body and the thoughts that you are thinking – it’s amazing the changes that can occur.

It takes one step at a time – first a phone call, then a meeting and then little, tiny changes that all add up. You don’t jump in with two feet, you just dip a toe in and you start and eventually your whole life transforms without you even realizing what has happened.

They don’t miss the food they ate, they don’t miss how they felt. Now they are feeding their cells, they have more energy than they know what to do with , they love working out, they love the intuitive eating that they’ve learned. AND they are want even more health now.  And they’ve inspired their family and friends that healthy is COOL and FUN!!!
