TROPICAL MINT SMOOTHIE
makes 1-2 servings
- 2 cups purified water
- 2 cups peeled, chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1 frozen banana
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 cup packed chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp ground dry flax seed
- 1 tbsp soaked (or not) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or a few drops stevia (optional)
Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
