TROPICAL MINT SMOOTHIE

pineapplemint leaves

makes 1-2 servings

  • 2 cups purified water
  • 2 cups peeled, chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 cup packed chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp ground dry flax seed
  • 1 tbsp soaked (or not) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or a few drops stevia (optional)

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
