I used to juice a lot and then I shifted.
This is my story.
produce (if I could get it) to juice, but I still did it and I used a lot of produce from my garden.
Typical juice drink had about 5 things in it (lemon, ginger, green leafy, cucumber, celery, apple).
I kept with it for years because I loved how it made me feel, but deep down it was a pain in the behind to do it and took quite a lot of time – even though I
defended that to everyone because how I felt was worth it.
Then I started buying it because well that was really easy to do. When I started juicing there was no juice to be found anywhere….it wasn’t even around when I
started like it is now. For about $9-$13 you can buy a juice and I still do and I will still occasionally make them in the summer. But it wasn’t each and every day.
